Marathon Capital is pleased to announce that CPV Renewable Power, LP ("CPV Renewables”), a CPV Group affiliate, has signed an agreement with Harrison Street to expand their strategic partnership. Per the agreement, Harrison Street will acquire one-third of CPV Renewables, with the investment proceeds used to support and accelerate the Company’s rapidly growing renewable energy business. Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to CPV on the transaction.
