Marathon Capital is pleased to announce SUNfarming has signed an agreement to join forces with Cube Green Energy, the renewables platform of global infrastructure investment manager, I Squared Capital. Per the agreement, Cube Green Energy will acquire control of SUNfarming, a leading German photovoltaic (PV) developer and independent power producer with a focus on solar projects on agricultural land, or "Agri-PV".

The transaction will support SUNfarming´s ambitious Agri-PV pipeline and SUNfarming´s commitment to innovative solutions for Germany’s energy transition goals.

Marathon Capital acted as lead financial advisor to SUNfarming on the transaction.
