Marathon Capital Advises Econergy on €150 Million Debt Financing with Rivage

Marathon Capital Ltd (“Marathon Capital”) is pleased to announce it has advised Econergy (TLV:ECNR), a leading developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale solar and BESS, on its €150 million debt financing with French fund manager Rivage Investments (“Rivage”), a leading independent provider of infrastructure debt solutions in Europe. The structured debt financing will fund development, construction, and M&A activities throughout the UK, Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania, and Poland. Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Econergy on the transaction.

Econergy’s multi-GW portfolio is currently comprised of projects across six countries, including assets that are operating, under construction, and at various stages of development.
