Adam Ludwiczak, Managing Director, is based in Marathon Capital’s London office. With over 15 years of experience in global energy investment banking, he specializes in M&A, equity capital markets, and other strategic advisory transactions.

Adam recently spearheaded the EMEA energy transition practice at Moelis & Company, where he played a pivotal role in advising on significant public and private transactions in the energy sector across Europe, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his role at Moelis, Adam held the position of Vice President at Barclays’ Natural Resources Group in London.

Adam earned a BS in International Economics and Management and an MS in Finance from Bocconi University.
