Alexa Thompson is the Senior Lead Executive Assistant for the Chief Executive Officer, Ted Brandt, and Chief Operating Officer, Philippe Lavertu. She provides high-level support in coordinating client meetings, travel, incoming company requests, and marketing outreach. As Senior Lead, Alexa hires and trains Executive Assistants across the firm.

Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Ms. Thompson was an Executive Assistant at several financial services firms while also filling human resource and marketing roles. Prior to her career as an Executive Assistant, Ms. Thompson was a member relations manager at McGaw YMCA. She hired, managed, trained, and supervised an assigned team of 15 staff members.

Ms. Thompson holds a BA in Marketing from Loyola University.
