Andrea Rosko, Director, Marketing & Communications, is based in Marathon Capital’s Chicago office. She focuses primarily on the firm’s internal and external communications alongside the firm’s senior bankers to develop and implement marketing strategies around specific services, verticals, and geographies. Additionally, Andrea manages the firm’s Marketing department providing direction, guidance, and leadership to the Marketing team.

Andrea began as Marketing Coordinator for the firm. She was tasked with organizing and coordinating firm-wide meetings, managing the firm’s CRM administration, redesigning the firm’s website, and designing and maintaining the firm’s marketing content. Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Andrea worked in various sales and event coordinating positions, where she led the creation and implementation of promotional programs to increase awareness and build brand recognition.

Andrea received her Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BA in Marketing Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Columbia College of Chicago. She is a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
