Anna Millington, Vice President, Debt Capital Markets, is based in Marathon Capital’s New York office. She is responsible for growing Marathon Capital's Debt Capital Markets practice focused on advising, raising, and executing bespoke, event-driven, and strategic debt transactions on behalf of corporate, developer, and financial sponsor clients. Marathon Capital's debt advisory solutions cover asset-level financings to platform and corporate requirements and senior secured through tailored mezzanine structures.

Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Anna was a Vice President in the Power & Project Finance team at CIT Bank. She was responsible for leading the origination and underwriting of senior debt financings across the power and renewables sectors. She notably led some of the largest broadly syndicated New York Community Solar transactions for AMP Solar and OYA Renewables. Anna began her career at Commonwealth Bank of Australia holding various positions.

Anna earned a BCom in Finance and Marketing and a BS in Pharmacology and Immunobiology from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Diploma of Communication from the Australian Speech & Communication Association and Series 63 and 79 licenses.
