Eriko Idesako is Human Resources Director for Marathon Capital. 

Prior to joining Marathon, Ms. Idesako worked for Teneo, a CEO advisory firm, where she built her career in human resources. Early in her tenure at Teneo, she started as a Senior Accountant and transitioned into HR, managing a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, organizational effectiveness & design, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR systems. Over almost 11 years, she helped scale Teneo’s people operations from 50 to 350 employees across the US and 1350+ globally. Most recently, she implemented a global HRIS system to operationalize processes and reporting. While at Teneo, Ms. Idesako forged a partnership with Read Ahead, a nonprofit organization that fosters a love for reading with students in underserved New York City schools.

Ms. Idesako earned her BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
