Jordyn Kerstein, Campus Talent Manager, is based in Marathon Capital’s Chicago office. She manages the overall recruitment and admissions process for all campus hires and program management for interns and first-year Analysts and Associates.

Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Jordyn was Recruitment Director for Teach For America where she launched strategy and led a team to drive application submissions, developed diverse and inclusive partnerships with new campuses, and established systems for tailored recruitment outreach and events. Prior to recruiting, she spent two years as an early childhood educator in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a corps member with Teach For America.

Jordyn earned a BS in Human Development & Family Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
