Luke Rossi, Vice President, is based in Marathon Capital's Chicago office. He is responsible for executing M&A and capital raise engagements in the renewable energy and power sectors, conducting due diligence, and supporting Marathon Capital’s relationship management responsibilities.​

Prior to joining Marathon, Luke served as Director of Capital & Investments at Modern Energy, a diversified clean energy company, where he led the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments in emerging clean energy asset development platforms. In addition, he played a role in company-wide operations and strategy initiatives. Prior to Modern Energy, Luke was an Associate at Serent Capital, a $4B+ private equity firm focused on high-growth software and services businesses. There, he conducted diligence and financial modeling for growth and buyout investments and partnered with portfolio companies on initiatives spanning strategy, M&A, budgeting, and KPI reporting.​

He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.​
