Marathon Capital is pleased to announce it has advised AirJoule Technologies Corporation (“AirJoule Technologies”) on a subscription agreement for the issuance of approximately $15 million in common stock through a private placement to GE Vernova and other institutional investors. The proceeds will be used to accelerate future deployments to meet strong customer demand. Marathon Capital acted as co-placement agent to AirJoule Technologies on the transaction.
