Marathon Capital has advised BayWa r.e. on the sale of three solar projects to a leading privately held renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP). The projects, totaling 517 MWDC, will reach commercial operation by end of 2025 and will be essential in supporting the rapid demand growth across the U.S. Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to BayWa r.e. on the transaction.
