Marathon Capital is pleased to announce it has advised Redeux Energy, a leading utility-scale solar and energy storage development company, on the sale of its 450 MW solar portfolio to Pine Gate Renewables, a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The portfolio is comprised of three projects located in the MISO South energy market. Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Redeux Energy on the transaction.
