Marathon Capital has advised VOLT-UPC Datacenters USA, LLC (“VOLT-UPC”) on its strategic collaboration with HyperBase Ventures, Inc. (“HyperBase”) for Project Littleleaf, a next-generation AI and energy infrastructure platform in Texas. This milestone reflects the increasing importance of integrated power and digital infrastructure solutions to support AI-driven demand at scale.
The project currently encompasses approximately 748 acres, expandable to approximately 2,000 acres, and is being designed as a long-term integrated AI, energy, and digital infrastructure platform in Texas.
